You guys servers are great. I play because it's very fun and the people of the server, mostly the clan members, are all fun to play with. I've been playing online games for well over 6 years, and most of that time i've had clan / server administrator experience, even FTP / Server settings. One thing I realise playing on you guy's server is that maps go on far too long. It shouldn't be more than 3 wins (as in 3 full dustbowls), yet I see it go on for 4+ and people get bored and leave. I know and I see it with my own eyes. The server is fine, really, is great, but I know lowering the time on the map or win limits will make it better. I see time and time again people are leaving because it lasts too long. A team wins, and 1/2 the other team leaves after the 4th full win because it lasts way too long. Then teams get such as 9-4 and everybody starts leaving. Just a suggestion from my previous knowledge / experience.

Unless both teams' defense really sucks, you're not going to see more than 2 or 3 rounds. If the map gets extended, it'll go for another 25 minutes. I'm not sure I've ever seen 4+ rounds unless the map had gotten extended.

Um... Extends only goes for 4 total maps. Unless you're counting each individual map section. But even then... It's not that long. Most extension is 25 minutes which isn't terribly that long. And if it does get extended then that's what everyone wanted contrary to what you may want. Welcome to Democracy.
