I can't believe I'm back here, but with current events we need to set things strait between <> and Agent. I issued a basic warning to all Agents because a few of your guys we're being absolute assholes to our guys and the public that play on our server. I did not start anything with Agent at all, I simply left it as is. The people who play on our server do it cause they want to and we have given others a second chance. Just because they are banned from your server doesn't mean we have to follow up and ban them from ours. As it is they aren't even going to last because they are doing the same shit. We are not starting shit and for your information this is the warning I issued on our forums: (I'm sure you already have the link posted on your forums) "With the problems we have been having with some "Agent" members since we split off and started «K.O», it has now become too much to just put off to the side. So, this is a warning to any agent member that comes into our server or forums and shows disrespect towards any of our members, tries to manipulate and steal our members or makes general announcements for everyone in the server to follow them to the agent server will be banned on the spot and a ban for all agents will follow. This is no joke. Take this as a 2nd strike because once the 3rd strike hits your all gone." Please leave it alone. Don't pick our members; we never pick on yours. You have mulitple members that play on our server, and they are welcome when ever they want to play. We don't have a problem with you guys, seeing how we left it alone and you guys keep bringing it back. If you guys want to ban everyone in <> go ahead, but we wont turn and ban all of you because of it. The message I posted was a little harsh, but it was needed. That statement was a warning and not set in stone. We only ban the problem people not everyone.

on another note Cookie....everyone in your clan, are people you've met while playing on the Agent server. We never poached your members, but you've been an admin in this clan and you know my method of handling things. If drama like this comes up, where you continually call Agent out in posts on your KO forum as well as on the steam community forums, add members who are known asshats (yourmom), my response is to let you and your clan be...that means, saying goodbye to anyone who wears the KO tags from C&C. Our relationship with Fuegos Market predates their affiliation with your clan by about a year and a half. I've given Don the option for him and his Fuegos Market members to drop the KO from their tags in order to maintain our long standing relationship. You have a habit of blowing things WAY out of proportion, it's basically why and how you flamed out of Agent in the first place. I'm simply dealing with the mess that's been created. Have fun, the internet is a big place.

I made a simple warning that's all. I'm not going from member to member from "your" division bitching them out and telling them what they should do. I simply made a warning and that's all it is, is a warning. I shouldn't have to come over here every single time one of your members act up on ours, and they really haven't. The few that have really don't show up that often, so we don't really worry about till something happens again. Once again the public that play on our server got a warning when they came in and we gave a bunch of them a second chance. I can say that some are leaving for the same reason they got banned from your server, but we do not follow the same exact rules. Another thing is that holding others responsible because you have a problem with what me and xeon started is pathetic in itself. FM never did anything to you guys and just because someone overreacted they are faced with a choice that in my opinion is not very hard for them. We don't control our members they are free to do as they please. We don't start shit with anyone and once we didn't start this up. It was a couple of your members and what just happened. We are not going to go back and ban all of you because you guys have a biased opinion about the clans leaders. Let me make this very clear. I don't blow things out of proportion. I tell like it is and if you don't like it that's too bad. The whole reason I left was because there was too much bullshit with Agent, but does that now make me a complete asshole and trader? You can do what you want and ban who you want. I'm sure you've already banned xeon and I from your server, but our member choose their fate on your server not us. Two rights dont make a wrong, so are taking the sideline on this one and let you guys do what you want. We will not retaliate by banning all your members because it's dumb and senseless. The ball in your court now, so make your move. We're not going to follow up and act like total jerks because we're not.

Cookie, this is the last response you'll get. You've failed to provide us with any particulars about the people in Agent who were doing anything wrong so we could deal with it with our members. You've trumped up something yourself, and now you're jumping to all sorts of conclusions, none of which are based in any sort of fact. The facts of the case are these and are undisputable: - you Flamed out of Agent because people asked for evidence on a topic for which you couldn't provide. - Xeon left Agent for reasons which are real and I will not detail here but they have been documented and corroborated by the offended parties. - You built your clan from our pubber base, not a problem with us, you do what you do. - You posted a message on Steam forums distinguishing yourselves from Agent, as well as posted a public warning to All Agent members in your clan forum, but have refused to provide th leadership in Agent the names of said offenders so we can decide how to carry forward in handling the situation. All I'm doing is offering you exactly what you want. The freedom to do what you will and run your clan as you may. We're done dealing with your tantrums on this end. Good day sir.
