Hello My name Monstar. Today I played on an AGENT TF2 SERVER. Upon entry People made positive remarks about my name as it related to there current living location. So I felt welcome. Excited to play I used my best class The sniper. I proceeded to Get on a streak of about 8 kills. This about all of them was on 2 of the Clan admins/members. Ya i get a few lucky shots and sniper is the Only class I play in Bad water. So I know how to snipe. Last month I was ranked #2 in my server on -Z- with over 1900 head shots. After about 6 kills on AGENT CRAZY_DIP 005 he Left team to spec me. I knew he did because I got a few good shots.And often I am accused of cheating Just because I spend way to much time sniping. So I try to contact him and he Refuses. I was banned and I only played in your server a total of about 12 minutes. So I would ask Please review this Admin and his ability to judge cheaters. I wont play on your servers again even if you remove the ban but this is very much admin abuse and definitely a bad credit to your server. |

Very suspicious behavor was noted. You were observed to be using some sort of auto aim. There were several Agents of various ranks and experience discussing the behavior and observation. Nothing was done out of spite, but we monitor play since VAC can't get all hacks, we have to make judgement calls. I think this is in fact a plus reason to play on an Agent Server.

| This is why I side for Monstar. Sorry dude, even if you're totally innocent, with a clan fiercely loyal to its own -as can be expected- you're never going to win. On top of that, they'll remind you of it. |

| I wouldnt say we're "fiercely loyal," we just know from experience that Dip knows what hes talking about. And when someone we dont know comes out of nowhere and tries to fight that, hes not in a good position. |

Ah back from my trip and I see have a few replies. First . When I tryed to talk to a member and ask and explain myself. I was refused the chance to talk to ANY member. Now. Your cheating Judging ability's are very poor. You must be able to Tell the difference between DUMB LUCK...and auto aim bots through walls that go around corners and out of clouds into the back of peoples heads. OK.. I got 1 ...1 lucky random shot where i shot at a guys leg and some one else guy hit in the face when they waked around the corner at the same time.... Now I don't care if a bunch of people that want to hide behind the safety net of "oh I'm in a clan we are always right" There comments mean crap. What I am talking to is the Leaders of this. The ones who pay for the servers.. Who want people who play there to Enjoy the server. I was enjoying and It happened to be the best server for my ping. Would some one who cheating HONESTLY even give a shit to say they was treated unfair. I come back and the same stupid ass who spec-ed me for like 2 minutes who got dominated and cant even snipe well enough to Judge another players skill Is making comments about a "group choice" That's total BS right there and you know it. Homie.. If you do live in AZ ..And if you been to any LAN party's you should know I have skills. If not maybe you should come to one time and we can play something put a little money on the line and you can come and have your fucking friends watch me and make sure I'm not auto aiming.. Then when you leave and cry after defeat and realize how much of a ass and a pussy you are and how much time you must waste in your life to suck as much as you do and still play you will say sorry. And then maybe we can be friends because I forgive and forget and its cool. My whole life iv never been able to play games with my friends because "I'm to good" So I'm used to it.
Any ways. Thanks for taking the time to read my crap and I just hope you treat others fairly and really make sure you see some SOLID Proof. Under-stand war and what is and is not a dis-advantage. In pro sports when you make a mistake usually some one capitalizes on it.

I guess I should add my voice to this thread....
Here at Agent we do the best we can to run the best servers out there. The TF2 division now was two great and popular servers. We have many admins who are almost always on them too. When we have someone who seems to be 'excessively good' we will take a closer look. People hack to make them seem like amazing players, that's kind of the point to hacking: appear to have skills without spending the hours required to develop them.
Monstar, I wasn't around when you got banned and I can't say if you are hacking. I've never been to a LAN with you and I've never stood behind your shoulder and watched you own faces. All I have is Dip's decision and the other Agents that were around's conclusions.
Because the best hackers, those that don't get banned immediately for being ridiculously obvious, do appear to be very good players we have to watch them carefully. When an admin sees someone who they feel is hacking it is their job to ban this person. Naturally this leaves some room for error, and it is possible you weren't hacking. Like I said, I can't say for sure you were.
I'm sorry if you were banned because of our no tolerance for hackers if you weren't. We can only do our best to make everyone in the server's experience the best possible.

Well sweetheart,you are taking this ban thing really hard and I don't think your responce is doing you any favors.
I think you think a little to highly of yourself and your skills . So what if you are "to good"- modesty never hurt anyone. I don't even want to address the hacks any more. Some who holds such pride in their skills should hold themselves to much better standard then attacking the people who allegedly wronged you. Like said above, sever agents (notice the plural) made some observations and discussed your playing. A general agreement was made and you were banned. I also don't belive for one second that you will "forgive adn forget" because your juvenile actions say otherwise. I'm sorry you have no friends who will ever play with you but maybe if you weren't such a jerk, you would have friends who would want to play with you, even if you always killed them.

You even go so far as to attack my sniping skill. I didn't want to add you to my friends list, instead I prefer to have you state your case on our forums. I figured you'd be smart enough to pick up on the hint, sorry I miss judge that about you. It's possible you just stumbled across some dumb-luck, and your cross-hair just so happened to coincidentally follow someone through a wall. Either way, sooner or later you would've been banned for being an asshat based on your first post. If you had requested an unban I would have suggested we give it to you, but like you said, "I wont play on your servers again even if you remove the ban". You're maybe, the second person I've ever banned for hax. It's something that I don't like to do, I enjoying giving people the benefit of the doubt. Like I said though, it wasn't just my decision. There was another person who spectated you as well. Anywhore... If you don't want to be unbanned, and you now know that people trust my judgment... Why are you still on our forums?

| You ruined a fun day and a game for me ...as well as a cool new server to play on because you got killed a few times. Your feelings and your status was on the line and you chose to solve your issue by using admin ability instead of trying to actually kill me.. You hardly spec'ed me at all and I got maybe 2-3 kills that time and 1 was a lucky shot.. If you can see I know where people are going to come from.. its TF 2 . PEOPLE ARE LEMMINGS.. they go to the same places and get killed the same way..just like you did. you didn't think that maybe if you attack from a different place other then where my red dot is you MIGHT kill me. If you can shoot befor full zoom and continue moving then I might miss. Instead you stand still.. Its the type of player you and that is why you got killed. You want a class on sniping? low monthly payments. I am glad to see you can admit that you may have been wrong. And you should know that even thoe its played out this way. Its cause you made the wrong choice. You need to review .. Most people who are admins on servers have never Actually seen any type of cheating program in action. not even sure what to look for let alone what it can do. I am not trying to hurt your feelings or get anything sympathy. I just do not want another good player to end up going through that crap. |

this does not matter to you or us at this point, you already said that your not going to play on the agent server again, or so you say, why should we, as a clan, unban you ?
TF2 sniping does not have much depth.. anyone who thinks they need to or can give lesions on such a thing is not very smart in my book, let alone you have more missed spellings and more grammatical errors then i do and i am dyslexic. use spell check man...
unless this is a big part of your life, and by this i mean this one thread post, i suggest you get on with your life and go do something els. |
